4. IMAGE USAGE
All images used in our website templates are copyrighted by their respective owners and are subject to limited use. 5. REFUND POLICY
Since INNOVATEMPLATES.COM is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds or the return of template(s). ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The requirements for downloading and editing templates are clearly stated, so make sure that you have the software required before you purchase the template. Prior to your purchase you have the opportunity to download our Free Website Template and ask us questions to make sure that the template suits your needs - no refunds will be given on the basis that the template does not meet your requirements. We do make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
If you have a problem with your purchase and do not contact us prior to taking actions against us, you will be charged the chargeback fee that has occurred. We strongly discourage this form of action and recommend you contact us regarding your purchase and any problems you may have.
